Moods Magazine
Moods is devoted to supplying those suffering from mood disorders, anxiety, addictions and eating disorders with useful information in lay person terms, while also diminishing the stigma attached to mental illness.

It is intended to help and encourage those with a mood disorder and aid families and friends in understanding this cruel mental malady. In the workplace, it is used as an educational tool to assist all levels of staff with understanding and dealing with mood disorders.
