Hi! My name is John. I am a mental health consumer and president
of Burnaby Mental Wealth Society. I joined Stand Up For Mental
Health to make people laugh and improve my communications
skills.

Phyllis has been working as a volunteer for Burnaby Mental
Wealth Society by helping with fundraising, newsletter editor
& a member of the Board of Directors. Phyllis chose to
participate in this course to challenge herself with the use
of humour as she suffers from chronic & acute depression.
